"When I first came across Luke and the Evolved Generation team at the World Vegan Day festival I was completely blown away. Being vegan myself, I was inspired by this incredible group of people who lead a super fit and healthy lifestyle whilst sticking by their ethical values.  Once I discovered that a vegan coach existed in Melbourne I was ecstatic! It was just the holistic health approach I needed to improve my habits and create an optimal way of being.  Whilst I had already been vegan for 7 years, I was really wanting to gain more knowledge about plant-based super foods and plant-based nutrition that would help me improve my fitness levels and steer away from processed foods and artificial sugars. 

Since undergoing the program, I have learnt a wealth of information about vegan health and well-being and also about myself.  I'm sleeping better, eating better, and loving being at the gym doing strength exercises that I never thought I could do!  Luke's training not only encompasses a physical component, but he also encourages emotional empowerment and provides a huge amount of support. He really goes out of his way to help his clients and has a genuine care for helping people achieve their goals.  The holistic approach to the training meant that I was able to overcome obstacles with a positive mindset.  Also, my work as an actor requires so much inner confidence and self-belief, and so being able to integrate the skills and positive mindset I learnt into my work has really helped me to strive toward my goals.  I now walk into auditions with absolute confidence and am mindfully present in my body!

Luke's knowledge of plant-based nutrition is extensive.  It's so refreshing to have a progressive plant-based coach to be able to answer questions and provide useful tips tailored to meet my needs.  Luke provided everything from where to find great organic products, places to eat and useful resources. Living plant-based and cruelty free is definitely the way of the future and I am so excited to be able to share what I have learnt with others.  What I also found helpful about the program was how he really took the time to listen to my goals and where I was at, making sure that the program was individualised.  He continuously provided encouragement, tips, motivation and support beyond what most personal trainers would do, and always went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of the program and was travelling well. It would be an understatement to say he has helped me to find a path of vitality and long-term sustainable health and fitness.  His non-judgmental and compassionate approach coupled with his ability to challenge and push you to be your best makes him an ideal trainer!  I have learnt to strive to be the best version of myself that I can be, whilst living in line with my values.  I have so much more energy and am super excited to continue my journey into feeling fitter and healthier each day.  He has been an integral part in helping me to find my anchor, and I will be forever grateful for the support and encouragement he has given me. I highly recommend Luke to anyone interested in harnessing their inner strength and increasing fitness levels, particularly those wanting to try a plant-based lifestyle...
