Episode 19 - Josh LaJaunie

When to stop being body positive

Josh LaJaunie

In this episode, I chat with Josh LaJaunie, he is one of the most inspiring people I’ve met so far and I am honoured to have him on the the very first year of the Plantfit Summit. Beyond the fact that Josh lost 200+ pounds by changing the way he identified with who we was. He has overcome mountains of obstacles to get to where he is today..from sick to fit. He reidentified himself as an athlete and is now an accomplished ultra-endurance athlete competing in some of the toughest races in the world and even landed himself on the cover of runners world magazine.

We talk about how to take ownership of your own truth and to set higher standards for yourself. We also discuss when to stop being body positive.

Who is Josh LaJaunie?

Josh LaJaunie is an ultramarathon runner and a strength and fitness advocate, motivational speaker and advocate for a plant-based lifestyle from the South of the USA.
